BOOKING FORM  
Please telephone for a provisional booking before completing either of these forms.

FORM TO PRINT out and post with a cheque
ONLINE FORM to complete and pay by credit card
Our booking procedure is as follows:
  1. You telephone (01647-252752) to discuss your booking
  2. We make a provisional booking, usually held for 2 weeks
  3. You confirm with a completed booking form and a deposit (usually £50)
  4. We send joining instructions, travel directions, cancellation leaflet, etc
  5. You take out cancellation insurance. Why not buy your insurance direct from Rothwell & Towler? (choose UK Holiday Cancellation Cover from Trip Type dropdown)
  6. Two weeks before your arrival you send the outstanding balance and complete our information form
 

All bookings must be made on our booking form, either printed or online. This includes confirmation that you have read and agree to our House Rules and cancellation arrangements.
Bookings cannot be accepted without a booking form.

 

If we have asked you to complete an online booking form after you have sent in a deposit, please fill in the form with the details of your booking and £0 for the deposit amount. When you process your order, you will see the following error message: 'An error was encountered while processing the information submitted. Please try again'. You can ignore this and log out of the online store. Please send us an email to let us know that you have completed the process, so that we can look out for your booking form in our system.
