You telephone (01647-252752) to discuss your booking
We make a provisional booking, usually held for 2 weeks
You confirm with a completed booking form and a deposit (usually £50)
We send joining instructions, travel directions, cancellation leaflet, etc
You take out cancellation insurance
Two weeks before your arrival you send the outstanding balance and complete our information form
All bookings must be made on our booking form, either printed or online. This includes confirmation that you have read and agree to our House Rules and cancellation arrangements.
Bookings cannot be accepted without a booking form.
