Credit/debit card facilities are available for telephone and online bookings.
Note that the cheaper rates only applies to tickets paid for in advance of the nearest concert date. |

| There are no refunds if concerts are cancelled due to bad weather. In the event of cancellation, tickets will be valid for any other same price concert in 2010, or equivalent in 2011. |
| No Chairs. All seating is outdoors on grass banks or terraces. Chairs are only available for disabled guests. If you need space for a chair you must apply for a free "chair pass" before the day of the concert. |

Concerts are outdoors, and will be held whatever the weather, unless it is unsafe for the artists to perform.
