Credit card facilities are available for telephone bookings.
Note that the cheaper rates only applies to tickets paid for in advance of the nearest concert date.. |

| There are no refunds if concerts are cancelled due to bad weather. In the event of cancellation, tickets will be valid for any other concert in 2008, or equivalent in 2009. |
| No Chairs. All seating is outdoors on grass banks or terraces. Chairs are only available for disabled guests. If you need space for a chair you must apply for a free "chair pass" before the day of the concert. |
| We will sell hot BBQ food and a selection of beer, wine and soft drinks throughout the performance |
Concerts are outdoors, and will be held whatever the weather, unless it is unsafe for the artists to perform.

| Tickets will be held at the box office for all bookings received 4 days or less before the concert, and for any bookings without a SAE. You may purchase tickets in person at Sheldon during normal office hours. |
