| Sheldon makes a great venue for any group that will enjoy the peaceful setting and lovely surroundings at Sheldon as a conducive backdrop to meetings, study, retreat or relaxation. |
Suitable rooms for day bookings are: |
- good for 10-15, up to maximum 20 people
- centrally heated
- toilets upstairs or in separate building
- adjacent Community Kitchen available by prior arrangement
- bench seats and plastic chairs, plus a few comfy ones!

- good for 15-30, up to maximum 40 people
- single split level room
- 30 upholstered chairs, plus stacking chairs and tables
- self-contained access to kitchen and toilets
- upstairs NOT included for day bookings

- 3 separate rooms -
- Dining Room (good for 30-40, up to maximum 60 seated, stacking chairs & tables)
- Cider Press (up to 20, upholstered chairs)
- Quiet Room (up to 8, comfy armchairs)
- self-contained access to kitchen and toilets
- upstairs NOT included for day bookings

The medieval Chapel of Christ the Servant is available for private prayer.
The upstairs Chapel of Mary, Martha and Lazarus may be booked for a 2 hour slot for a service. |

- self-catering - we provide a kitchen and equipment for your use, you bring all consumables
- drinks only - you bring packed lunches, we provide morning coffee and biscuits and afternoon tea and cake
- fully catered day - we provide lunch, and drinks as above are also included in the cost. Choose between a simple lunch or two course cooked meal

special diets are catered for as long as we have a week's advance notice
a simple licensed bar may be available by prior arrangement |
Please consider the needs of other users of the site - this includes
- no smoking indoors,
- sharing of communal grounds,
- no entering of buildings other than those reserved.
Please, make sure all group members know that pets are not welcome (not even left in cars).
Please leave Sheldon clean and tidy on departure. |
