The Linhay Lodges

Our very best units of accommodation, reserved exclusively for people in ministry. A real home from home whether you need a regular retreat or a bolt-hole in a crisis.

More about resources for people in ministry here.

The three main Lodges each have:

  • Large kitchen/living/dining room with comfy sofas, a sturdy table and chairs, and a practical small kitchen including fridge, 4 ring electric hob, microwave and all the crockery and utensils you need.TV/DVD/radio player. Bookshelf.
  • Separate bedroom with two 3' beds to set up as a double or a twin room (Clare's Lodge is a fixed double), wardrobe, bedroom chair, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers
  • En-suite bathroom with a bath plus shower over

Thomas's, David's and Clare's all have ground floor bedroom and upstairs main room with views over the top of the Pig Pens and facing west across the Teign valley.

Linhay guests also share exclusive use of the Linhay garden, the utility room (payphone, washing machine, drying space) and the small prayer space called The Shepherd's Sanctuary.

Stephen's Lodge is our most disabled-friendly unit. It is part of the Linhay block and described separately here. Its tariff is the same as the Hen Runs and Pig Pens.
